WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever you feel comfortable to move in! Gym wear and good strong trainers. UPROAR FITNESS TM clothing is available in the ROAR.DROBE
SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING?
A bottle of water and a towel.
DO I NEED TO BE A DANCER?
No, not at all. (Your Master Trainer will take you through everything step by step) As anything new, you're first class you'll not know what to expect and may find UPROAR FITNESS TM slightly challenging, especially if you're not used to exercise, HOWEVER there is no doubt you will have AN ABSOLUTE BLAST so give yourself at least 3 classes to settle in and you'll be joining the UPROAR FITNESS TM Crew in no time!!!
I'M NOT THAT FIT, IS UPROAR FITNESS TM FOR ME?
UPROAR FITNESS TM is for everyone. Go at your own intensity. High/low option will be given. If you need a little break, take it!
ARE ALL UPROAR FITNESS TM CLASSES THE SAME?
Yes and No. UPROAR FITNESS TM trains all instructors to learn the same steps however the flair and intensity will vary from class to class...try out a few, find the one that suits you!
DO YOU DO PRIVATE LESSONS?
No unfortunately not, UPROAR FITNESS TM is a cardio class. If you'd like a Masterclass at your venue any of the UPROAR FITNESS TM MASTER TRAINERS will be able to do that for you (please note ONLY UPROAR FITNESS TM MASTER TRAINERS are permitted to teach MASTERCLASSES)
CAN I BUY UPROAR FITNESS TM MECHANDISE?

CAN I DO MORE THAN ONE CLASS A WEEK?
Yes, of course! Do as many as you like! (Many students purchase the "Punch Cards" so they can do 2, 3 or sometimes even 4 classes a week!)

We always recommend you try a few different classes. All teachers have their own way of teaching, their own way they like to run a class, there is no right or wrong way it's just about finding the right class for YOU.
SO HOW DOES ANNA RUN HER CLASSES?
Anna truly believes in the "UPROAR FITNESS TM formula" and follows it to the book. Anna will use actual up-to-date pop music and thorough direction is given throughout both verbally and by queing.
