With the baseline-step keeping you moving throughout, combined with fun, challenging and energising steps added in along the way, it has been proven to hit 5000 steps and 500 calories in one single 50 minute class!
UPROAR FITNESS TM is an all over body workout, burning calories, making it easier for weight loss goals and improving overall fitness and well-being.
Refreshing, uplifting, empowering...builds strength and endurance, all driven by the incredible music and the camaraderie built in the class and led by the qualified instructor.
But... it's so much more than that!!!!!!!!...........

1 in 3 people will suffer with depression, anxiety or some kind of mental illness in their lifetime...THIS IS HUGE. Let's stop the stigma and embrace it as any other illness out there. You CAN help yourself, and we are here to help you do that.
We have a network of incredible positive people that inspire, motivate and encourage people from all walks of life to come along to our safe community, leave any problems at the door, have fun, sweat, enjoy the process, get a dose of endorphins and walk away with a smile on their face.
It's not easy; it IS a cardio workout, you WILL sweat, but the steps are simple, but we encourage you to put your own swagger in, allowing your body to move more naturally for you.
Work your way through all the 6 levels, collect your badges and encourage friends and family to do the same!

Bringing together what we feel are the 3 most important points to any dance fitness experience:
MUSIC DROP - Key for building the "Let's go" feeling.
SIMPLE MOVES - great for the beginner, and editable for the seasoned fitness participant or dancer.
LOVE - Respect for all instructors and participants alike. "In it together" mentality. Friendships - Social community outside the fitness centre, with regular meet ups and events.
